About The Role

Are you passionate about investigating and solving information security incidents? Whether you’re just starting your career or already have experience in the field, this is your chance to take the Seuraava step and join DNV Cyber Security Operations Center as a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Analyst.

At DNV Cyber, our mission is to protect our customers’ ICT operations under all circumstances. We monitor and respond to cyber threats in real time, safeguarding computers, networks, and OT environments across multiple industries.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor, analyze, and resolve cyber security issues in real time.
• Interact with customers and specialist teams to solve incidents.
• Contribute to developing our operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work in a 24/7 two-shift rotation to keep our clients secure around the clock.

About You

• A strong interest in cyber security and continuous learning.
• Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English (spoken and written).
• Can work with other teams and customers, natural teamwork.
• Know how to work in an assignment-driven service environment and handle tickets.
• Can fit your life to the rhythm required by shift work.
• React fast, able to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Do not leave issues half-way unsolved.
• Are familiar with maintaining and securing computers and networks in a corporate environment.
• For Tier 2 analyst Tehtävä, have relevant experience from security operations center work.
• Must have Finnish citizenship; security clearance, drug test and credit screening are required.
